West & Southwest England

This region is dominated by the Cotswolds, which lie mainly in the county of Gloucestershire and the gorgeous coastline of Devon and Cornwall. But there is much more – the county of Wiltshire is home to Salisbury and its magnificent cathedral and, of course, fascinating Avebury and Stonehenge.

We offer two of the most interesting and scenic parts of the Southwest Coastal Path, featuring the Lizard Peninsula (the most southerly point of the British mainland) and St. Michael's Mount; and
the section from St. Ives to Penzance.

The Cotswold Walks

A gorgeous area of gentle hills and impossibly pretty limestone villages with good links to London. Easy walking in classic English countryside.

Walking Holidays England

Dorset & Wiltshire

Dorset is a county in the south of England that has wonderful countryside (immortalized by Thomas Hardy) and a magnificent coastline, including the so-called 'Jurassic Coast.'

Immediately north is the county of Wiltshire, where Stonehenge, Avebury Stone Circle, and many other prehistoric sites are located.
